VIC PARADIS, OWNER
Vic started Paradis Pools in 1979. He has been a leader in the Connecticut swimming pool industry for over 40 years. Vic is an PHTA Certified Maintenance Specialist. He is a licensed State of CT Swimming Pool Builder (LIC#SPB.0000211,) and a State of CT Plumbing & Piping Limited Contractor (LIC#PLM.0287617-SP1).
Vic also volunteers as a Connecticut Spa and Pool Association (CONSPA) (State affiliate of PHTA) board member. Vic is considered a subject matter expert by the State of CT in regards to above-ground pools. Vic was instrumental in writing the test that is used to license above-ground pool installers in CT. He holds a State of CT Swimming Pool Assembler Above Ground license (LIC # SPG.0000004.) He also designed the project that won Paradis Pools, LLC a 2016 NESPA Outstanding Achievement Builder Award. When Vic is not building pools, you can find him spending time with his grandkids or riding a snowmobile in Northern Maine.
PAUL PARADIS, HEAD FOREMAN
Paul, Vic’s brother, has been working with Vic from the very beginning of Paradis Pools, LLC. For over 40 years Paul has worked as a respected member of the CT swimming pool industry. He has personally built, serviced, or repaired over 10,000 swimming pools. He was the foreman on the project that won a 2016 NESPA Outstanding Achievement Builder Award. He is a PHTA Certified Maintenance Specialist and holds a State of CT Plumbing & Piping Limited Contractor license (LIC# PLM.0287686-SP2), He was one of the first in CT to obtain a State of CT Swimming Pool Assembler-Above Ground license (LIC# SPG.0000005). When he is not installing pools you can find him at the gym or hiking with his family and adorable puppy Jax.
PAUL GRAY, SERVICE MANAGER
Paul Gray, Vic’s son-in-law, has worked for Paradis Pools, LLC since 2003. He has built, repaired or serviced over 7,500 pools and worked on a project that won a 2016 NESPA Outstanding Achievement Builder Award. He is a PHTA Certified Maintenance Specialist and holds a State of CT Plumbing & Piping Limited Contractor license (LIC# PLM.0288070-SP2), He was also one of the first in CT to obtain a State of CT Swimming Pool Assembler-Above Ground license (LIC# SPG.0000007). When he is not installing pools you can find Paul at the soccer field cheering on his three soccer-playing boys or showing off ballet recital pictures of his daughter Harper.
Kimberly Paradis-Gray, General Manger
Kim, Vic’s daughter, has worked at Paradis Pools, LLC since 2000. She has over 20 years of experience in the swimming pool industry. Kim is a PHTA Certified Pool and Spa Operator, a PHTA Certified Pool & Spa Retail Professional, and a King Technology FROG Leap and @Ease Certified Expert. She is also a former board member of the Connecticut Spa and Pool Associations (CONSPA) (State affiliate of PHTA) When not at the store, she can be found during one of her four kids to piano lessons, ballet, or soccer practice.
Kelly Paradis, Sales & Pool School Instructor
Kelly, also one of Vic’s daughters, has worked at Paradis Pools since 2003. Kelly enjoys teaching our pool school classes. She is a PHTA Certified Pool and Spa Operator, a King Technology FROG, and an @Ease Certified Expert. She also holds a Master’s degree in Biomolecular Science (which means she REALLY enjoys testing your water!) When she is not testing water at our store she is enjoying time with her sons Linc and Wes.
JOSH PARADIS, SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Josh Paradis, Paul's son, has worked for Paradis Pools, LLC since 2014. He has built, repaired, or serviced over 5,000 pools and worked on a project that won a 2016 NESPA Outstanding Achievement Builder Award. He is a PHTA Certified Maintenance Specialist and holds a State of CT Plumbing & Piping Limited Contractor license (LIC# PLM.0288924-SP2), When he is not installing pools, you can find Josh hanging out with his pup Cookie, his goats Dallas & Nancy, and his many rabbits and chickens.
REBECCA PUTNAM, Sales TEAM LEADER
Bekka is our newest team member who came to Paradis Pools after the retirement of her husband from the US Army after 22 years of service. Bekka brings lots of energy and enjoys brightening the day of every customer who calls. When not at the store she enjoys hanging out with her family and ALL things Disney.
SARA BARTOLINI, STORE MANAGER
Sara has worked at Paradis Pools, LLC since 2018. She is a PHTA Certified Pool and Spa Operator and a King Technology FROG Leap and @Ease Certified Expert. Sara LOVES continuing education in the Pool and Spa industry and nothing makes her happier than when you bring her your pool water chemical mysteries. When not at the store, Sara is hanging out with her Police officer hubby, kids, and many pets.
